Delete your Crople account

Crople is an 18+ sports-friend matching service. Users can request account deletion in the app, and this public URL provides account deletion guidance for users who cannot access the app.

Email an account deletion request

Choose the account deletion request type, add a subject and message, and open an email draft to support@crople.app. Crople verifies account ownership before scheduling deletion.

How deletion works

  • Crople verifies account ownership before scheduling deletion.
  • After verification, the account enters a 30-day deletion-pending state.
  • Ordinary profile and discovery exposure stops while deletion is pending.
  • Logging back in during the pending period cancels deletion and restores the account.
  • After 30 days, account data is deleted or de-identified.
  • Payment, fraud-prevention, security, report-handling, dispute, tax/accounting, and legal-obligation records may be preserved for the required period.

  • Phone number or email used for Crople
  • Country code
  • Nickname, if known
  • Reachable reply email if it differs from the account email
  • Optional reason

  • Password
  • OTP or one-time verification code
  • Government ID
  • Payment card number
  • Raw location history
  • App auth token
